Scraels Concepts - The Name of the Wind

This is a fan concept of the Scraels, spider-like demon creatures from the book "The Name of the Wind", by Patrick Rothfuss. This is a part of the final thesis project from my bachelor course.

This was one of the first designed. I tried thinking on different proportions for different ends. This one was for a more "balanced" Scrael.

For this one, I was looking for a glass-cannon type, that hits hard, but is weak in defense.

Since they usually attack in a group of three, I thought designing three of them would be a nice opportunity.
